joomla design from competitor's site

[login to view URL] is a new technology specialized Google centric operating system specialized for schools, large businesses w computers on the web all day, and governments with computers on the web all day. Essentially it is a web client. It has no hard drive. It will make a lot more sense to you when u see the spreadsheet of features and functions. I can't show that until I conclude a deal with the designer. Payments will be progress payments in 1/4 increments. This is a new Joomla templet we just purchased. The project involves creating a web site very similar to www.ncomputing.com. They are our main competiton. The pages and technoogy are similar except our technoogy is way better. We have a spread sheet detailing the differences. It's those differences you would have to create in jpgs and text. We don't have the credibility they show for now. I'm looking for a lump sum price and time for setting it up. I can use Joomla myself but I don't have the time but I could easily edit it, so the detail doesn't have to be perfect.
