Joomla real estate website - i property components - online registration

Hello, we have intellectual property joomla component for real estates. What we need to do is couple things. We will go in step by step: 1. On the home page must be a signup/registration for people that they can self-register their properties that they sell. The fields must be in addition to those basic types: personal information about the person who registers and fields from the IProperty system (house prices, home images, number of rooms ....) ...we will provide you the complete list of sign in fields. They will be connected with iproperty system. 2. We will need to rename some fields in iproperty system to fit our needs. I want some one who is able and who is familiar with joomla components modification because this work needs to be done ASAP.
