Need Joomla/PHP expert for different customisations

Hi I am building a community website in Joomla, and I am almost done. However, I have a short list of things that I need customised. Although this is a fairly small list (5-10 things), I have not been able to get help in any forums - so it is not all easy tasks, and they may take a while to fix... I am using JomSocial, Kunena, RocketThemes Affinity template, Fabrik and AEC, and my issues have to do with all five things - so I would prefer if you know these five, or at least some of them. Please let me know your hourly vage and how good you are with Joomla and PHP. (I need someone really good.) :o) Rie
