Freelance Editor/Content writer (Arabic or English)

We are looking for customer experience freelance editorial writers to join our editorial team. Applicants are welcome regardless of where they are based, and the topics should cover businesses and customer experience in MENA countries. This gives you the flexibility to write wherever and whenever, without interfering with your current employment while also providing journalist and content creators an opportunity to continuously contribute. Topics will be provided by us but if there is a specific story within customer experience and loyalty that you want to explore, then that flexibility can be given. Responsibilities: - Produce articles that communicate benefits and developments of loyalty and customer experience to the end-consumer - Edit and proof-read content - Ability to meet deadlines agreed upon - Research the topic and conduct any necessary interviews - Staying within the article and topic guidelines. - Basic understanding of SEO - Suggest new ideas and formulate text around customer experience and loyalty targeted to the end customer/reader Required profile: - Understanding of the loyalty and customer experience industry. - Strong writing skills in English or Arabic (or both) - Ability to express personal opinion but also remain unbiased. - Ability to conduct quick interviews with key stakeholders - Ability to recognize a hot topic and communicate to the readers Rates: Articles will range from 500 words to 1500. Depending on the journalist’s qualification, content, article topic and language, industry standards will be applied on a per article basis. For articles that require beyond minimal research, mystery shopping, or experience reviews, compensation will be set and agreed upon prior to taking on the project.
