Developer with Experience Delivering SAAS Solutions

Job Description:
I have had a team work on 2 projects that were meant to be SAAS solutions but it's clear that this team doesn't have the experience to deliver SAAS solutions.
Both solutions have laravel as backend and use react for frontend.
I need someone sharp with experience to help deliver stable products quickly and continue the development long-term. Ideally, you need to be able to organize the code base so it's clear and easy to maintain.
I need you also to evaluate the work done and determine whether I can launch with it or not.
Ideally, you should be good with React and especially NextJS.
