Modify my laravel site to suppot multi language

Please see my website at: [login to view URL] I would like to setup my site to work with 3 languages (english, portuguese and spanish). I don´t need the translation service, i need a php laravel work to modify my site to work with localization. === Project details === 1) Must implement localization system at my website 2) Must detect the language based on user´s IP at first access, create a cookie and show a popup asking if the language detected is OK 3) After the first access must check the user cookie and show the user´s language 4) Must be easy to translate since i am not a php developer === Requeriments === 1) Must use Laravel + MySQL 2) Cannot use pre made scripts from code canion, git hub.... 4) All codes must be clean and organized 5) Each function must show a comment for easy understanding from everyone If you read this, please say Mario
