I have hired a legal professional online to do a T&C contract for my business, after two weeks I received a generic T&Cs from the internet completely word for word, after several discussions and accusing her of plagiarizing the work she made several refinements, and managed to change and get some sort of a document together that had only %27 chance of plagiarism. The draft was still not what I was looking for so she agreed to give me a refund but now has stopped all communication. Do I have any legal say in this, is it even legal to plagiarise like that from the internet? Can I take any action against this? If so, could you draft a letter to accuse and explain what action I will take if i do not receive a refund the the task.
