We are based in India and providing computer services and now going to start our on online IT services in US, for that i need to setup company and to deal with customers need bank and merchant .we can go with any state registration. to complete project i need US presence who can be our representative/lawyer/attorney who can setup these things on behalf of us. following tasks need to be done by you. 1)setup company and obtain ein 2) setup bank and merchant on company name
