Legal Practice requires technology consultant

A new Dublin based Legal Practice in requires a technology consultant for a greenfield implementation of Legal, CRM, Mail and Accounts software packages. The technology packages have been licensed and include: Legal software: Clio Accounts: Xero/QuickBooks CRM: Infusionsoft/Lexicada Mail: MS Outlook The consultant will: · Gather requirements from Practice principle for the configuration and integration of Legal, CRM, Mail and Accounts software · Create templates for Criminal Defence and Personal Injuries litigation Case Management workflows · Create checklists for KYC, AML etc. · Create standardised client opening forms and Case plans · Develop automated mailings from CRM package · Develop automated diaries in MS Outlook Other minor requirements in addition to the above will be agreed prior to commencement.
