I was raided by Sky and FACT in the UK, need legal advice

I wrote software which is a IPTV middleware application that can be used by any company to distribute IPTV services to end users. We do not create, copy or clone any content. Our customers provide their own content and our software (like any other software) is unable to notice the difference between a legally owned subscription vs an ilegal stream source. I was raided by the local police, Sky and FACT yesterday and they have taken all hardware from my home address. They have said multiple times this is a civil case not a police matter but they are working on the effect that our software 'could' be used by criminals.
