Full Google Index for Online Shop

We have an online shop with app. 1 mio. small spare parts for computer. All sitemaps are correct installed and updated weekly. Google index shows since many months "only" app. 70.000 items and the Google Search Console saiy that app. 900.000 items were found but not (or not yet) indexed. The main goal is to index ALL pages. Its not about SEO or ranking, all we need is "just" make google to index all pages or at least all our items.
