I Need a step by step process for connecting Ubuntu Libre Office ( "Open Office" ) database to MySql on XAMPP.
I have a PC running Linux Ubuntu 11.04, *Natty Narwhal*.
I have also installed XAMPP server which I am running for LOCALHOST only to test my website.
I need to connect the Ubuntu 'Libre Office' database to MySql ( eg: with an ODBC driver ).
On my other Windows XP machine, I can connected Windows Access Database to MySQL using an ODBC driver, but am having difficulties in Linux connecting Libre Office database to MySql.
NOTE: You will NOT have remote access to my PC - I need the exact step-by-step on how to do it.
