Professional NginX (caching) Administartor NEEDED

[IMPORTANT] READ BEFORE BIDDING:
Please, make sure you have spent a very long time tweaking and super tuning
NginX for caching purposes. (and NO, we can't use Varnish if you asked)..!!
We ourselves can do such job, easily.. but we are looking for professional hand to tweak it.
Again, we are going to report Unqualified Bids.. so please, don't waste our times..!!

Project Description:
We are using NginX to cache static files generated dynamically by our backend application server.
Files are are between the sizes of few KBs up to 150MB.
Required Skills:
You should be able to tune NginX buffers, and other config variables for best performance.
Also, you should be able to tweak OS, TCP and NIC configs and variables for best.
On peak ours, we would have up to 2000 concurrent connections on each server up to 180 req/s.
Servers are equipped with 8GB of RAM, Quad Core (8 threads) processors, and SSD disks.
We are very likely to go on monthly deals with you.
