Good experience in openvpn. However, nowadays I prefere wireguard because of much better performace, which probably is very important in your case. Digital Ocean server usually is able to run wireguard, but regarding the Vietnam VPS, it has to be verified. I also had a job at KLIA, few years ago, for the Cargo department of MH.
