Give access User only on one directory on Linux Ubuntu Server

It will require setting up jail/chroot. sftp and editor will be available by default in chroot Media will be the user's home directory Let me know 1. what other programs should the user be able to use after logging via ssh 2. the username 3. access credentials (rootpass + sshport + ip) and I can start working on this 4. full path to the Media folder I am eager to complete the task to your full satisfaction.
