Help me automatically deploy mercurial repository on a linux server

Use the Bitbucket notification system to send e-mails to the server machine. The server will run a small mail server to receive the notifications and execute a script to pull the modifications. This solutions needs a way to send e-mail to the machine - an valid MX or an intermediate mail server. Other solution could be a poll (by minute) to the bitbucket repository or to a Mail server ( looking for notifications) and in case of changes execute the pull.
