Good day! Your computer holds a record of DNS entries to save looking them up every time. This is your DNS cache. You need to delete those records (flush the cache) entering these commands in cmd (Win+R, cmd): ipconfig /flushdns ipconfig /registerdns Also, I can tell how You can do it in Linux.

Hi, before accepting, please read: no need to accept me. What is highly likely to happen is, that your IP is still stored in your DNS-resolution. You can clear the DNS-cache on windows by typing in command: ipconfig /flushdns . The second option would be to set up a 301-redirect from your old VPS1 (if it is still available) to VPS2.
