I'm a Linux sysadmin and work with Virtualmin frequently. I can fix the issue with Postfix and implement fail2ban for security.

It is not clear why exactly you got the postfix hassle but we can solve it. I am primarili FreeBSD admin but CentOS (and other linix-based system) is not differs much to give a trouble in the action 73!
