I need to create a package that installs MySQL and PHP cross platform Mac and Windows.

Requirements.

Install MySQL 5.7.33 with the following settings:

Include [login to view URL] file to add some parameters (example max_allowed_packet = 700M)

Port 3307

Create user with access to remote databases (example CREATE USER 'ida'@'%' IDENTIFIED BY 'ida'; GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON *.* TO 'ida'@'%')

Import an existing database during installation (I provide a sample database that should be loaded during installation extension .sql)

Install PHP 7.3.8

Include [login to view URL] file to add some parameters (example memory_limit = 1024M)

The installer must ask for the time zone to set the value in [login to view URL]

Include policies and conditions.

Include a PHP test page within htdocs to test the PHP server after installation

The installer must work on Windows 64, 32-bit and Mac OS X
