Sort out my dedicated server hard drives

Hi, I purchased a dedicated server from Hetzner, and it came with 15 x 4TB hard drives, and a RAID controller... I installed Windows, but noticed that my C: drive was 2TB max. I looked at Disk Management, and saw that no other disks were visible, but the remaining 46TB's were available if I was to expand the C: drive. This wasn't possible due to the clusters being too small?? I wasn't sure what to do, so I tried using MiniTool Partition Wizard to increase the cluster size, and now Windows won't boot. I'm not bothered about Windows, I can reinstall that - It was a fresh install anyway. I just want to sort out these hard drives so that I can use all of them. Ideally, I'd like to keep one drive for the OS (C:\), and the other 14 drives for data (D:\) - Striped? I haven't used a proper Raid controller before, and my knowledge of Linux Rescue is basically non existent. Is there anyone that can help me with this? Thanks

Hi, I'm available immediately to look at this for you. As you say, I'd need access to the Linux rescue system in order to reconfigure the RAID controller, and then you can reinstall Windows. Do you know what level of RAID you'd like the remaining disks to be included in (RAID 5 or RAID 10?). PM me if you want to chat about this. Regards, Andrew

The reason you can't expand partition beyond 2TB is because you have formatted disk using MBR partition style (unless you are using 32bit Windows there's probably no point using it), using GPT will allow you to have partition up to 9.44ZB (zettabytes)
