Upgrade CUDA 9 to CUDA 10

Hello! I have some experience with CUDA. Upgrading CUDA version on your OS shouldn't be much of a problem, rather it's a matter of making your programs compatible with the new version and this depends on how advanced your programs are. Usually programs made in C don't have that many issues as but if you're doing AI with Tensorflow, then yes it is more complicated, you have to also update tensorflow, keras, cuDNN and NVidia toolkit and maybe some other dependencies... I would really need some more details to properly estimate the amount of work required for this job. I need to know if it's just CUDA upgrade for OS or upgrade for any and all applications using CUDA. Feel free to contact me if interested.

Matching CUDA versions with Linux is very tricky and time consuming. First time I did it maybe I spent weeks!!! for getting my tensorflow gpu work in Linux which obviously required specific hardware and relevant drivers. I still have my own tutorials that I made and I can resolve your issues once for all!
