Website design and logo based off of mockups (attached).
You must have a portfolio of website designs that are on production servers to qualify for this project. You work on other websites should reflect your familiarity with Photoshop.
For this project, we are not looking for someone who needs to build a portfolio, we are looking for an established, high production, high quality designer.
## Deliverables
We need both layered Photoshop files AND html source code for this mockup. The chosen bidder must demonstrate prior work. If your design makes it into our production server, you can use your work with us in your public portfolio.
PDF of homepage plus modal dialog (popup) are included. Bidders do not need to implement any of the jquery in the modal dialog -- just popup the modal with the fields in the mockup.
