EZ Publish/IP.Board Web Designer needed for redesign project

In need for a professional web designer/graphic artist for a rebranding/redesign project on a large, established website. I’m looking for an updated/professional look, first for our logo, and then for the site. Minimum 3-5 years professional experience designing commercial websites required. I will have a professional developer work with you, so coding experience is not required. Expect about 10 templates plus 3 “skins?? total, however most of them will share many of the same components with similar layouts, so once you finish one, the rest should be relatively simple. Must have experience with EZ Publish 4.3, IP Gallery and IP Board 3.1 (latest versions of each). I'm looking for a full makeover that takes advantage of the features of these platforms. Usability is a major consideration, as is a modern, professional look/feel. The architecture will remain the same, as will the navigation. However the nav bar will need an updated look to match the rest of your designs. SEO compliance is also a major concern. This is a Flash-free site, and will continue to be one. Do not bid if Flash is your primary strength. Project must be completed before December. You must have GOOD rating and history. Please provide portfolio. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).
