Write an iPhone application

A Qi Gong training App with videos to learn from. A video-app that can show five 8 min-videos and five 4 min-videos, plus some text for these. No special features of any kinds such as blogging, commenting, interaction, etc, simply all together ten videos assesible online and/or offline. No online interactive features necessary. At least four different languages I have prepared for the text. Whether these constitute four different apps or same app with different languages I dont know, since I dont know the implications of this. I have made the videos on an I-phone 6s, and they only need to be cut short at the beginning and ends, since I recorded them by myself and thus I needed to get in front of and back from the camera position before and after filming. So very little editing necessary. I want the app to function on both I-phones and androids, and possibly I-Pad. It will be a donation-based free app. Thus there has to be a function which asks for donations, coming up every so often for the user. The donation request will be directed to a website I will make (feel free to make an offer if you think this is within your capacity too, but it has to be very simple and not expensive), and so no payment option is necessary within the app. In general all requests of any kinds should be made on the website and not through the App, thus making this App very simple and functional. It's very important that the design of the app is aesthetic. Also this should however be simple, but I put much emphasis on this being done well. I need a logo and a design for the app that corresponds. I'm good myself at the creative arts, at least the thought process behind and can thus collaborate on these things and give my ideas throughout the process. All in all, Im trying to ask for a highly functional and very aesthetic Video-App, and a simple one. The budget stated below is only an estimate it all depends on the many factors about apps that I don't know myself about and also on the level of expertise offered, feel free to give your own opinion on how this app would work the best. Basically the App is made for people who want to have access to my training system on the phone, and thus be able to look on a video to learn and later correct what they do.
