Regarding the question posted in the description - AI typically learns from the historical responses to give responses to future values (though there are algos like reinforcement learning which don't need historical data) essentially emulating the human brain.

You can predict user activity on your website, judge who would buy or not, show the user related stuff, object detection, or classify stuff, cluster user group, and much more.
