Design a Machine Learing AI solution

Hello, Thanks for posting this project and I believe I have the skillset to get this done. I went through the design and it seems like a typical image/object recognition task as far as machine learning/deep learning aspect of it is concerned, so trying out transfer learning with various DL/ML open source approaches should take care of it up to respectable performance metric. I believe, from a design perspective, major challenge is to do it without using APIs and syncing it for updated DL/ML model. For this I believe we would need to continuously train and improve the detection model in the backend and have a mechanism in the app that syncs the model to local device whenever it is updated. This syncing can be done in various ways : 1) Everytime app starts it can check, using a simple API, before loading if there is a need to download a new detection model and proceed to download if it needs to. Or 2) We can have this triggered by backend explicitly, as we deem fit. Using firebase notification service's data payload we can trigger a download thread in the app which download the latest available model. Or 3) We can provide app user a notification to download latest available model as an when the user has time. How does the engine get trained? using Yolo system for training. How do we do recognition on device? using openCV or Tensorflow for Java or Swift or dart engine How do we update the engine for all devices for tomorrow based on pictures taken today?
