Need to change a name of a PKG file during the setup on MAC

Hello, we use some mac tools but want to change the name and info of this file. So if you start up the PKG file we want our brand on this setup. Also we want to edit the info if you check the desktop file and information. It is not a lot of work but we dont have the tools. Please let us know what this will cost.
