Magento extension installation customer attributes

1) Create full backup of your site (both files and database)

2) Ñopy the extension files to the magento root folder

3) Add <?php echo Mage::helper('amcustomerattr')->fields(); ?> one time in each of the files:

--- File /app/design/frontend/base/default/template/checkout/onepage/[login to view URL] (or a custom template if you are using a custom theme)

AFTER line:

<?php endif ?>

BEFORE line:

<li class="fields" id="register-customer-password">

--- File /app/design/frontend/base/default/template/customer/form/[login to view URL] (or a custom template if you are using a custom theme)

AFTER line:

</div>

BEFORE line:

<div class="buttons-set">

--- File /app/design/frontend/base/default/template/customer/form/[login to view URL] (or a custom template if you are using a custom theme)

AFTER line:

4) log in as admin and refresh Magento cache (System > Cache Management)

5) At System > Cache Management press 'Flush Cache Storage' button

Installation is complete.
