Customization Requirement for POS Interface:
1) POS Main Menu, adding Two tabs to separate the placed orders (Online and POS Cashier).
Note: Same tab can be replicated with two different Filters.
2) Adding "Invoice" Button, Triggering the same Invoice button in Magento Admin Panel.
It will be used to Approve the money collection from Authorized Payment status without login to the Backend Admin Panel, clicking Invoice. Note: The Rest API triggering will be developed by the in-house Team.
3) Adding Two extra Buttons in the POS Order Detail page:
3.1) "Ready For Dispatch" Button. Triggering specific API (Developed by in-house team).
3.2) Itemization PDF Print; a PDF will be generated similar to this template. The PDF template is already available in Magento admin panel. Note: The Code will be marked by the in-house team.
4) Add (Pending) Button similar to (on-hold) Button, it will be used for Check-In Time Orders. Pending Buttons will be used for Products with Check-in & Checkout Date/Time timers. because currently when we put such type of products on hold, checkout time cannot be altered.
Points to be considered:
A) All deliverables must be working as a plugin, so upgrading the POS to a newer version in the future won't cause any issues. Only new buttons has been included, without modifying or removing any existing functionality of the POS extension.
B) We need to ensure that the extension will support 2 to 3 upcoming versions release without any errors, that's why we requested the customization to be an external plugin! So it doesn't alter any default functionality of the POS extension.
C) Please let us know if you will be using any PWA studio to deliver our POS customization requirements? If yes, Please share what would be the name of that studio tool..

1- NDA will be required before sharing the project details, screenshots, source code or server credentials.
2- US Eastern time availability is preferable, at least until noon 12PM EST.
3- Saturdays will be part of the delivery timeline.
