Source a supplier of plain white fabric (not cotton) book covers

I am looking for a supplier of white fabric book covers in polyester or spandex that can stretch over various sized books much like the product sold by book-ease or book sox. My initial order will be for 10 book covers to ensure my process will adhere to the book cover. If successful, future orders will be in 100 unit increments. I will purchase directly from the manufacturer, I need someone to find me a supplier. I am offering $100.00 to find me a supplier, paid upon approval of 10 unit order from supplier. I expect the price to be less than $2.50 per unit, with the award going to the lowest cost book cover that meets my specs.
