Job Description- Business Development Executive
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets fixed by the company.
Lead generation, prospecting, market study, target geographic locations and approach prospective Clients.
Approaching the prospective clients via phone call, E-mail, chat and other modes of communication.
Understand the client requirements and offering them the best solution for keeping the Company policy and services in mind.
Should be able to communicate with clients, maintain the relationship and try to retain them for long term basis by offering them best possible solution.
Manage the start-to-end sales process for all opportunities including initial client communication, on-site presentations, Request for information, negotiation and contract signing.
Provide support to Clients during initial phases of an engagement.
Following up and ensuring the total client satisfaction through the sales life cycle.
Support the team’s research and competitive positioning analysis in partnership with presales team, marketing and the rest of the business development staff.
Strictly adhere to all Company Sales, Human Resource, and corporate ethical policies and guidelines decided by company. Possess strong personal communication and presentation skills.
Responsible for offering and converting the lead into sales in all major domains: Information Technologies, Outsourcing, Customer Service etc.
Respond to Client Requests for Information about the company and services, Requests for Proposals in a professional and creative manner.
