I am a previous senior strategy consultant for Big 4 consulting, based in Luxembourg. Both English and French are my working language. I hold an MBA degree from Switzerland.
Before diving into the key accounts scoping and leads qualification for your project, first we need to set-up and define your value proposition to find out the go-to-market strategy, as you mentioned. I think I could quickly get hands-on by sizing the addressable market, and adoption strategy. But of course I need to firstly understand how far you have already gone on: ex. profit/loss analysis and modelling, value proposition you designed for French market.
