Help me with Marketing and Technical Set Up for Creative Coaching business

I am a solo-preneur starting a new arm of my arts and culture business: www.transformational-creative-coaching.com. I need help with the technical and sales aspects of my business: setting up a webinar on Zoom platform; identifying best Facebook "boosts" so I don't throw too large of a net; setting up calendaring system for booking coaching calls; improving my online course delivery and setting prices to attract high end clients that can pay. I would like someone that can serve as a very part-time and "on call" Project Assistant - in person to walk me through these set-ups. The ideal person will be local and female (my business caters to women's transitions), with an interest or background in the arts.
