I don’t get enough words to explain in detail here (only 200-230).
So, let me quickly summarise.
It sounds to me like you should be working 3 angles here.
1) SEO/Content Marketing
Your site should be optimised for ranking highly in Google by creating the type of content that gets plenty of links, likes and shares from your peers.
In doing so, not only do you become an authority figure in your field, but you generate huge amounts of traffic.
2) Lead Generation
Through a combination of free content, persuasive sales copy & FB Advertising. You create a funnel designed specifically for building a large subscriber base with a specific interest in your service.
3) Email Nurturing
This is where the magic happens, and this is NOT standard email marketing, where you bombard the subscribers with constant emails telling them about your service and/or offers.
That won’t convert very well and it’s how you lose their interest fast.
Instead, you design a sequence, and over the course of weeks/months you continually deliver VALUE to them. So much so, that they await your emails with anticipation.
Over time, you build their trust and they become your loyal customers/fans.
Meanwhile, from time-to-time, you will segment your list and break it down into groups for whom you can send ‘occasional’ one-off product/service offers to generate instant cash.
Obviously, if you keep repeating this process, your whole operation will grow exponentially.
