Remote online marketing assistant - English / Spanish
$8-15 USD / hour
We are looking for a 50% time online marketing assistant.
Main tasks include:
- Execute project work plans for communications products (print, Web, and multimedia)
- Coordinate day-to-day operational aspects of deliverables and scope of work
- Research, write, edit, and distribute content for electronic and print communication
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential challenges, and develops contingency plans
- Develop and maintain corporate capabilities presentations, brochures, trade show display materials, and all company-branded items
- Manage corporate online presence, which includes maintaining company online content on the external website, social media sites, corporate calendars, and the internal employee intranet
- Explore, evaluate and implement new ways of interacting with potential, current and future customers & talents in person and online
- Provide technical support in customer engagements, solution presentations, and technical translations of customer requirements
You are:
- a digital native (you create your own memes, time lapses, gifs, blogsposts, pics etc.) and experienced content producer with an eye for detail and design
- an exceptional communicator, a writer with excellent native Spanish / English and proficient English writing and editing skills, German, French, Italian and / or any other language are nice-to-haves
- passionate about company branding and technology marketing
- able to run marketing projects independently, keeping close contact with the global team, the regional head, our global communications team, other stakeholders and vendors and while controlling the budget
- a team player who collaborates, while having the confidence and motivation to work independently when needed
