Background: Not like in Western countries where ovens are to cook daily serves, popular Vietnamese food is not done by ovens. However: Drawback of traditional cooking way: Vietnam traditional way to grill over charcoal fire is not healthy. Cooking worry: Life is getting busier and busier for young couples, especially who have a kid/kids. Trendy interest: Vietnamese modern families tend to like eating Western food such as pizza, cakes… --> An oven helps to solve all. 2. Market insight & our issue: The market for oven in Vietnam is increasing but not as our expectation. Because customers still don’t know much about the benefits of oven to them (why they need it) and there are many competitors in the market. 3.
