Need Math/Algorithm Expert to set us in the right direction.

We are paying $70. We feel this should take between 1-3 hours of your time.. We are currently in the development stage of our custom software. We are trying to find a solution to narrow our manual data entry from 8800 inputs to a much more manageable number. We know some of the entries can be automated with the data we have available, however we need a math/algorithm expert to fine tune everything and set us in the right direction. You will be the light at the end of our tunnel. We are stuck and need help. We feel this is an easy solution for someone with talents. However, we are stuck! Basically, we are currently connecting over 8800(?so we believe) routes on the U.S. lower 48 states map. We are establishing pricing for these routes manually . We are looking for YOU to help us automate some of this to shrink our daily calculations. Currently we have the 48 lower states map broken down into regions and zones. We feel this can be much simpler with the right mind to help us.
