Its a nice idea. Is this or a university or for selling wind turbine. So what you want is speed/direction or including turbulence? if you need a 3D view that is a little difficult. There are also things like cross winds it depends on the distance you want to cover. I am not an expert of fluid dynamics but I think we can work something out.
