Locks are made up of a series of components that all need to be precisely manufactured in order to fit together and operate correctly. These components include the lock body, plug, cam, springs and pin tumblers as shown in the example figure below . This pr oject will be focusing on the plug of a euro lock . It fits inside the body and contains the pin tumblers and springs. The key slides into the plug . Such locks are easily found through online searches for further information on how they work
