I have experience in PCB layout (over 10 years in Altium Designer, Eagle CAD, OrCAD and others) for power electronics with microprocessors PIC (microchip), AVR (ATMEL), Arduino, STM32 (STeleсtronics) and others. I am sure this is not the final budget that this project should have it. I will need to create the schematic, then you will test (or I can as well if needed because I have all the discovery kits and few microchip MCUs as well. I also think 8 bit MCU should be fine for it) , then after testing the final PCB should be designed. Lets discuss in and will do the job nicely. Thanks
