Hello! I recommend you not adding the files themselves into the database, but to reference them. Such reference would be backed by a file system criteria, hierarchically organized by customer, and can be managed by vba code. In that way, you won't increase the db size unnecessarily, and will be treating files as such. You 'll be able to see linked pictures within Access, and hyperlink files to open them with a click. We can also add contact tracking (date, email/ phone/ presential) to keep track of your relation with your customer as in crms. Would you need financial data to be included?
