issue with exchange server

Need some help with Exchange server tonight 14/09/2017 after 8pm (UK time) external emails didn't come in this morning. I changed in [login to view URL] the "EnableResourcesMonitoring" from True to false as a work around this morning. Need to find out what wrong and suggest solution / put solution in place Enviroment is a Windows Server 2012 R2 / Hyper-V and the exchange server is 2013 running on a VM Also another issue is on the system that I believe at the moment everything is running from the Fail over AD rather then the normal AD (but I'm not 100% sure). both are VM's in the same environment. Same here, at least find out whether my assumption is true and maybe suggest a solution but maybe if it's not too risky apply solution so things are back to normal.
