Only show one mail in Outlook Inbox

Hello,
I'd like my Microsoft Outlook Inbox ONLY to show 1-email, and it has to be the oldest one.
When I archive the only showing mail, it will automaticly show a new mail. This means that there can be many mails in the inbox, but visually it only shows one at the time.
