We have a website [login to view URL] which hosts image galleries and would like to have a mobile app which should work almost exactly like 9gag. You can test 9gag on andriod and iphone before bidding. App should be cross platform for andriod and ios.

Our current website http://goo.gl/ReHTLj is built on PHP/MySQL platform, and would like to fetch data from the same database. So anything that is on website, should be accessible on our mobile app. i.e. App should provide interface to show all galleries, comments, views etc. We'll be adding galleries ourselves from desktop based website.
