Airport Pilot- adding functionality to existing game

Design:
The aim is to take passengers from airport A to B;each trip has random money rewarded which is then used for upgrades to the plane. The game play is to be used in the master game, but art style and graphics will change to use 3D. Take a look at this game for an idea of how upgrades and the game works [login to view URL]
A potential issue with file size may arise with assets that exist in the terrain. Some terrain can be over oceans, over deserts, but there will be a need for a city or two. We do have low poly city packs that could be used ([login to view URL]!/content/17477 ) but would need to discuss first.
Scores
A basic salary is awarded for every flight
A basic expenses tax amount is subtracted after every flight (amount dependant on airport landed)
An amount of $100 awarded per passenger that arrives safely
Level Layout
A single scene should be set up that is the map a player uses. This scene is large enough to house 8-12 air strips and airports (smaller strips can just be one building) that are active in the game. Some “life” could be added to the cities with cars and vehicles.
Ideas
The plane should be upgrade over time; it will start with a low high speed and low capacity. As the player spends $ on their plane it becomes faster and capacity increase. There should be a cut off point where the player will upgrade to a new plane entirely (assets will be provided)
Fuel price to change depending on the location of the airstrip, between 100-200% change. This is random

The airports looking different is a must have touch. Assets for building airport provided. They don’t have to be massively detailed.
The cities around each airport set out differently too. They can be lay out in same way but use different buildings in different places to appear different. Example: city 1 uses big tall buildings, city 2 uses smaller ones.

Assets will be provided at point of contract agreement. The assets are the ones provided here, GUI will provided during development.

If there will be an issue with these assets please make this known before project is awarded as if anything is wrong once awarded it will be at your own time and cost to make this right.
