Android e-data collection application: An Android app which can collect information based on 20-25 survey [login to view URL] shall allow the enumerator to save information of the survey participant in the web-base database. Questions will be mix of multiple-choice and open ended questions (where typing will be required by the enumerator).The web-database server should be accessible. Any db platform can be used which is easy to download raw data in CSV or XLS [login to view URL] reporting is required. System admin will directly access the data on [login to view URL] shall be easy to update in terms of changing questions' narration, adding/removing questions, add/remove/update the possible answers (in MCQs). Admin shall be able to add or remove questions (Please quote different price after including this feature). An alternate is making a hard - coded static application which does not have to be updated..An optional feature is to save data locally in an easy to read format when no network coverage is available. My budget is 100$ . I wont consider any bids higher than 100$.

Halo, I have done something similar before, it was an app that gives you recommendations according to what answers you give in the questionnaire. The data will be collected in a simple form. Then the data will be sent to the server in a simple format like JSON or XML. A small script will also be written at the server to handle the data sent to it and save it to the database. This applies to the option of static questions. If the questions are to be changeable, it will need to be considered and we can discuss that. Feel free to contact me for any clarifications.
