Write an Android or iphone application for an online shop

Thank you for your interest in my project. * If you are not comfortable in submitting a fixed amount for the project * * Please inbox me regarding your rates per hour * * You can design an iPhone or Android app or both * I would like to design an app for my online shop. My online shop is currently running on Wordpress with a WooCommerce Plug-in. The application can be for Andriod, or for iPhone. But if you have the skills and expertise, it would be great if you can design two separate apps for both platforms. If you can't, please tell me which platform you can do when you are bidding. Designing from the ground up is okay, but I prefer using existing platform (to save on costs and avoid bugs), as budget is a bit tight. Within the app, I would like the followings: 1) Shopping cart function, with orders sent to my company's e-mail address 2) Account Function, so customers can sign in to their accounts 3) Different sections : About us, FAQ, Contact Page and etc. 4) Product Categories (around 3-5), Product Sub-Categories (around 3-5 per product category), Total number of products, around 100- 150 5) The product page should display prices, with usual add to cart buttons, but I would also like 4 "tabs", displaying various information regarding the product (i.e. ppl can click the tab, and they will get the relating information about that) 6) I would also like to manage the app, change / upload content with ease. 7) Mini Blog Section, so I can post updates and discussion regarding my products Design should be minimal and user-friendly.
