App for IOS, to load ISO files and treat them as you would a bootable usb drive or virtual CD

Okay so what I am looking for is bids on this not sure exactly how you would go about this but I want to first make an IOS app then if its popular make an Android version... I am a computer tech and I have multiple bootable cd's and bootable usb drives... What I would like to do is have a program that you can put your .ISO files on your IOS device then pick which one you want to activate. When you pick the .ISO you plug your IOS device into a computer and boot the computer, select boot from usb or preferably make it look like its a CD so it can boot up in computers that do not support USB boot. I have seen USB sticks that do this they act as virtual CD's like the U3 Thumb drives but you can pick your ISO. My goal here is to add another layer to the ISO devices to be able to help techs with their repairs by having less devices and things to keep up with. It would make it so rather then carrying a bunch of CD's and USB sticks I could carry my 64GB Ipad. After we get this established and working good I would like to add other tools that are available already but incorporate them into my tool, like wireless network scanning, ping, whois, other networking tools. There is currently no android or IOS app that does anything like this. When you make a bid please give me some insight into what you are thinking and problems you see with this if any as far as being able to actually accomplish this or not. I have a tight budget on this but I am looking to use someone that I will work with on a regular basis long term. Don't bother with huge quotes you will be wasting your time. I would consider partnering with someone on this and doing profit share on the sale of the app. I have allot of great ideas for it to help fill the gap that I have noticed as a computer tech.
