Project Description: Project Description: We are looking for the following: 1. Universal apps, instantly available for i Phone, i Pad and Android. 2. Take picture with mobile device 3. Take hair designs stored in the data base and put it on the head of picture to see how a person will look with various hair designs. 4. Developer will write apps in a language that will be approved by Apple App Store, iTunes. 5. Developer guarantee that apps will be accepted by the App Store. 6. Developer will put the apps on the App Store without any extra charge. (We have developer account with Apple). 7. Developer will provide one upload to our IPhone for testing. 8. Developer will not increase bid $ amount and will not extend time. Once agreed on cost and time, developer will adhere to it. 9. Milestones will be created but no milestone will be released until the final product is tested and approved. 10. If developer fails to provide agreed upon product, he/she must refund all milestones and accept cancellation without any penalty. 11 . Developer agrees to place a small advertisement on Facebook for such apps at no extra charge. Advertisement fee will be paid by us directly to Facebook. 12. Developer will provide source code.
