iPhone 2D Memory Game

We're looking to hire an iPhone App developer/designer to build a 2D iPhone memory game. The game will include swipe, flick and tap inputs only. The app will need to allow for advertising that can be toggled on and off as needed. There will be an ad supported free version and a paid no-ads version of the same game. We'd like to shop within the app for purchasing additional stars like in Dot Line. This will be an In App Purchase feature. It will need to work with GameCenter for sharing high scores. There will be background music and sound effects provided by us for each action within the game.

We'd like to know if you can design the game as well, although we do have a designer who can create the artwork. We'll need to know the specifications of the imagery for the game so you must articulate to us what is needed from our designer if we decide to design the artwork and send it to you.
We know the development of this game should be very simple. We want you to provide milestones for the first BETA version of the game that we can test on our iPhones and a final milestone for the launch of the app in the App Store, which you'll handle, after we provide description, title, keywords, etc.
We're working on multiple apps simultaneously and when we find the right team or developer we'll send all of our development work to you.
